Common questions about employment law services

  • What do you charge?

Pricing for our membership business model is based on number of employees. For example, a company with 125 will pay a flat monthly fee of $890 for unlimited employment law (and safety) counsel. Employers can stay compliant with ever-changing employment laws without worrying about the bill. Other services are available for an additional fee.

  • What size companies do you work with?

We work with employers that have 60-400+ employees. We see the most demand for our services from medium to large-sized businesses in the manufacturing industry. We provide counsel and services to employers—exclusively—in Washington, Oregon, California, and Idaho.

  • What does the monthly flat fee include?

Your monthly membership fee includes access to employment and labor law attorneys and safety professionals. We're available whenever you need us. For requests that fall outside of our membership agreement we will provide an estimate for services. For an additional fee employers may participate in our Washington workers' comp retro program, employee health benefit plans, or utilize services such as affirmative action, intensive safety projects or learning and development services.
