Supervising to Promote Respect
Course Description
This two-hour, online training is designed for supervisors previously exposed to anti-harassment training or supervisors in professional environments. The class starts by engaging supervisors in exercises to understand your company values and their role creating and guarding a respectful culture. After a brief review of anti-harassment laws, liability, and your policies, participants take an online quiz to test their knowledge and join breakout rooms to collaborate on a series of realistic workplace scenarios. The class closes with a practical take on how to spot, stop, and document inappropriate behavior. Because this interactive class is online only, your supervisors will need individual access to a computer and video camera. It is taught by a Vigilant Law Group employment attorney using the Zoom platform.
