Preventing Harassment for Supervisors

Course Description

This two-hour, in-person class is designed for a supervisor-only audience that is being introduced to or refreshed on anti-harassment principles. In addition to reviewing the importance of preventing harassment at work and the types of legally prohibited harassment, the class addresses how supervisor action or inaction can create liability for not only the company, but also for the supervisors themselves. We then apply the laws, your policies, and your culture to challenging, relevant scenarios and discuss how to effectively stop, confront, and document inappropriate behavior. The class is taught by a Vigilant Law Group employment attorney using PowerPoint and an interactive format.
