Documentation Training for Supervisors
Course Description
Documentation is critical for all organizations, but it’s often a struggle for supervisors to create and maintain appropriate records. In this 90-minute training (available in-person or online), we’ll dive into why documentation is important, when it should happen, what information should be included (and not included), and then work through specific scenarios to practice these important skills. Supervisors will leave this class with a renewed focus on documentation and the knowledge they need to accurately capture key interactions and events that occur in your organization. This interactive training is delivered by a Vigilant Law Group employment attorney. If delivered as an online class, your supervisors will need individual access to a computer and video camera. If delivered in-person, PowerPoint will be used.
