EXPERIENCE
Linda brings a mix of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and real-world experience to her work with Vigilant members. A passionate advocate for continuous learning and organizational wellness, she helps leaders and teams grow, align, and perform—creating high-functioning organizations from the inside out.
As a member of Vigilant’s Executive Team, Linda leads sales, marketing, internal communications, learning and development, and account management. She is also the executive sponsor for Vigilant’s work with the Employee Relations Group of the AF&PA. She’s known for unifying teams, driving tangible business outcomes, and being the “organizational glue” that helps companies thrive.
Before joining Vigilant, Linda ran her own successful consulting firm, partnering with leaders at every level to build clarity, capability, and culture. She previously served as senior vice president at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, where she led large teams and was responsible for a significant share of the agency’s revenue.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find her chasing around her grandkids or on a trail or beach with her golden retriever and husband.
