As a Vigilant Employment Attorney, Kara Craig provides strategic day-to-day advice and counsel to regional employers on the entire range of employment and labor law issues. She also drafts workplace policies and employment agreements, represents employers in federal and state enforcement agency investigations, develops learning curricula and speaks publicly about the entire range of employment law issues.
Kara’s extensive litigation experience has helped her anticipate the many ways employers can inadvertently become embroiled in costly—and oftentimes ugly—lawsuits. This foresight allows her to identify potential legal issues that may arise from employment action and make sure the employer is in the best possible position to avoid legal claims.
Kara enjoys tennis, road trips with her chow-chow and attending open-mic nights at clubs, although she claims no musical talent.
