Affirmative Action

You have Government contracts. All too often, creating and maintaining a compliant Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) is just too much to manage alone. We’re here to help.

If you have at least 50 employees and a federal supply or service contract worth at least $50,000 ($200,000 for purposes of the rules on protected veterans), the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requires you to have written AAPs that are updated annually.

Vigilant’s AAPs include the narratives and reports that are required under the affirmative action regulations for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. For the portions of the narratives where you must describe the specific activities you have engaged in or are planning to tackle in light of your current data, we provide a structure and discuss ideas during a scheduled meeting after we prepare your written AAP.
