Documentation for Supervisors
Documentation is critical for all organizations, but it’s often a struggle for supervisors to create and maintain appropriate records. In this training, we’ll dive into why documentation is so important, provide the essential tools for documenting well, and work through specific scenarios to practice these important skills. Supervisors will leave this class with a renewed focus on documentation, and the knowledge they need to accurately capture key interactions and events that occur in your organization.
Supervisor's Toolkit for Managing Mental Illness at Work
More than ever before, employees are experiencing mental health challenges that are impacting their ability to work. That’s why supervisors need to understand what mental illness means, how it shows up, and when it can be triggered or intensified by regional events, like floods, fires, and hurricanes. This class not only prepares supervisors to spot signs of mental illness, it also gives them the ability to recognize requests for help and respond in a way that’s both legal and empathetic.
