Chitra handles some of our most complex affirmative action plans for employers with federal contracts, and is a dedicated trainer and mentor. She has a keen eye for spotting data discrepancies and a knack for getting to the bottom of technical and practical obstacles. Chitra is the current board member for the Northwest Industry Liaison Group, a Seattle-based organization dedicated to fostering communication between federal contractors and the government regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. Beyond AAP services, she also oversees annual wage surveys, and handles a wide range or administrative operations.
Outside the office, Chitra likes to watch foreign movies and TV series (even when she doesn’t speak the language), spend time with her family, and laugh. A lot.
