Chiara Conley’s role as analyst for Vigilant includes technical analysis and deciphering the mechanics around our workers’ compensation Retro program. One of Chiara’s responsibilities is to benchmark Vigilant’s approach to risk management and determine how Retro Group members can benefit from an improved approach to workplace safety. To effectively manage workplace risk and identify solutions, it’s important to understand and recognize the risks an employer has no control over. That’s where Chiara’s skills and experience prove so vital to the strength and foresight of our Retro group program. Chiara holds a degree in mathematics and brings an analytical mindset to everything she does.
