As associate director of our Workers’ Comp Retro Program, Bryon Bailey helps grow and manage the extended Vigilant family of manufacturers that trust us to navigate complex workers’ compensation laws, assess workplace risks, and keep their employees safe and working.
Bryon is responsible for most prospective Retro Group members’ first impressions of Vigilant. His job is to nurture sales leads and to organize and participate in presentations at trade shows and conferences. His contributions are not only vital to our marketing and sales efforts, but also to our Retro Group member support. With 20-plus years of enterprise sales and account management, Bryon is at ease connecting with everyone within a given organizational structure.
Bryon is from McPherson, KS, a small town in the center of the state and close to the geographical center of the United States. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, running, volunteering, and playing the electric bass.
