EXPERIENCE

Brian helps Vigilant members by spotting hazards, crafting abatement plans, and delivering practical solutions to reduce risk. Whether designing safety programs or walking job sites, he brings energy, expertise, and a genuine passion for making sure everyone goes home safe.

Before joining Vigilant, Brian spent 20 years in the U.S. military, served as a Compliance Officer with Washington L&I, and led safety at Amazon. That blend of public service, regulatory insight, and high-stakes leadership gives him a unique edge in tackling safety challenges.

Off the clock, you’ll find him outdoors with his wife, Haley, and their Boston Terrier, Barrett—riding ATVs, camping, or mastering smoked tri-tip. Oh, and he’s a diehard Seahawks and Mariners fan (rebuilding years and all).
