As Vice President of Insurance Services, Phil is all about delivering real value to Vigilant’s member companies through strategic leadership and operational oversight of our Washington workers’ comp programs, and association health plans. Phil works across teams to strengthen service delivery, support innovation, and help create workplaces where people can thrive.
He brings a unique mix of consulting, finance, and business leadership experience with past roles at KPMG, Bridgewell Resources, Kaufman Hall, Syntellis, and as General Manager at VantagePoint, where he built and led the U.S. consulting practice. Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative style, Phil is passionate about building strong teams and making complex systems work better for members.
Originally from Olympia, Washington, Phil now lives in Oregon with his wife and four kids. They’re always up for an adventure, good food, time with friends, and anything involving a ball.
