Managing Change: Putting TRP to work

Course Description

If you are looking for ways to build on what you learned in The Totally Responsible Person (TRP), then Managing Change: Putting TRP to Work is for you.

Success belongs to those who can remain positive, productive and effective in the face of constant change. This thought-provoking and interactive program leverages TRP concepts to focus on remaining effective in the face of change, challenges and/or adversity.

Managing Change: Putting TRP to Work is designed to help participants examine on-the-job challenges and enhance decision making. Through self-reflection and group discussion, those challenges become opportunities for learning and growth. Participants get clear about exactly what they need to accomplish, and how they will do so.

The course reveals common pitfalls we step into when working with others and helps us collaborate, instead of clash. It teaches methods that help participants remain creative under pressure and to find constructive ways to express ideas and build relationships. The practical focus of this program empowers participants to apply their discoveries to all aspects of their life.

(6 hours)

“Each problem has hidden in it an opportunity so powerful that it literally dwarfs the problem. The greatest success stories were created by people who recognized a problem and turned it into an opportunity.” Joseph Sugarman

While encouraged, TRP is not a required pre-requisite for this course.
