Course Description

Documentation is critical for all organizations, but it’s often a struggle for supervisors to create and maintain appropriate records. In this training, we’ll dive into why documentation is so important, provide the essential tools for documenting well, and work through specific scenarios to practice these important skills. Supervisors will leave this class with a renewed focus on documentation, and the knowledge they need to accurately capture key interactions and events that occur in your organization. This training is available as an in-person or online class. If online, your supervisors will need individual access to a computer and video camera.
