One-on-One Coaching

One-on-One coaching is designed to create a one-on-one strategic partnership between client and coach. The coach engages with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize his/her personal and professional potential. Each coaching engagement is customized to meet the needs of the individual and the organization. The process focuses on the awareness, skills, learning and actions required to achieve desired business outcomes. Coaching sessions can occur in person or by phone/video based on the client’s preference and location. The engagement is designed on a monthly basis, with sessions occurring weekly. One-on-One Coaching is among the most widely used development techniques because it translates into doing and doing translates into impacting the business.

Meeting and Retreat Design and Facilitation

Meetings and retreats can be difficult to design and organize as well as to control when they are in progress. That’s why it can be a relief to work with Vigilant for design and delivery of your important messages, increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Your Vigilant facilitator will work with you to design your meeting or retreat with the goal of delivering tangible business outcomes. They will ensure a productive team process during your meeting or retreat; helping the group stay on task as well as be more creative and productive. The facilitator involves the group and drives the flow of the meeting while also acting as a catalyst for discussion and reflection.

Totally Responsible Person Workshop®

TRP® is a practical workshop that will help employees learn innovative and proven ways to control negative emotions, beliefs and habits that impeded cooperation and productivity in the workplace. The workshop will help each participant see themselves as an “owner,” not just an employee; as someone who is responsible for how they handle any given situation and is accountable to others, as well as themselves. Each participant will learn proven techniques to move beyond blame and judgment and gain the confidence and tools needed to interact with others in a positive, constructive and respectful way. TRP focuses on infusing an organization with a culture of responsibility, cooperation, respect and teamwork.
