We are currently offering two program tracks, one focused on supervisors and one focused on leaders with safety responsibilities.

After the supervisor program, you can expect:

Vigilant Leadership Advantage (VLA) is a five-month group learning program designed to transfer knowledge and skills from proven experts to your staff.  VLA is customized, hands-on, and job-relevant. Assignments are completed weekly and organization leaders have full exposure to the learning taking place. After one in-person launch session, the remaining weekly one-hour sessions are completed via conference call, providing your staff convenience and flexibility.  Trained Vigilant facilitators lead each group and ensure the group stays on track.
