FFCRA policy and list of COVID-19 Vigilant resources now available

In response to member requests, we’ve drafted a model policy for leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and we’ve also created a document with links to COVID-19 (coronavirus) resources, including all of our newsletter articles on this topic. For the FFCRA model policy, please keep in mind that we’re still awaiting regulations from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), so additional clarifications may be needed. We’ll keep members informed when the DOL’s regulations are issued. Also, we’ll update our list of COVID-19 resources as new items become available. We realize that employers have been flooded with information as the legal and safety landscape has changed rapidly. We hope that by compiling all of these links in one place, it will help you locate what you need.
