For the FFCRA model policy, please keep in mind that we’re still awaiting regulations from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), so additional clarifications may be needed. We’ll keep members informed when the DOL’s regulations are issued. Also, we’ll update our list of COVID-19 resources as new items become available.
