JOIN US FOR AN INFORMATIVE WEBINAR: Affirmative Action: Post-Election Landscape
Tuesday, November 13 at 10 a.m. Pacific
How will the November 6 election affect employers with affirmative action obligations? Aggressive enforcement and sweeping proposals have marked the past year in affirmative action compliance for federal contractors.
Join us for an informative one-hour webinar to cover the latest developments and new expectations in enforcement by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), including:
• Significant monetary settlements in hiring cases
• Adverse impact analysis for racial/ethnic subgroups
• Effective outreach to veterans and people with disabilities
• Detailed compensation reviews
• And more….
We’ll also review the OFCCP’s proposals to completely revamp the regulations on veterans and people with disabilities, and to implement a mandatory pay survey. Both the presidential and congressional elections will have an impact on the agency’s direction and focus going forward.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Employers with contracts for services or supplies worth $50,000 or more with the federal government (either directly or through a prime contractor) that also employ at least 50 employees. Human resource managers, staff, and others with responsibility for affirmative action compliance will benefit from this webinar.
