Experience

With Vigilant since 1994, Melinda seems to know it all. She is our go-to resource for issues as diverse as workplace violence, immigration, and wage withholding. And, as the wife of a local dentist, she contributes employment-law related articles to various dental trade magazines.

Melinda wrote the book on wage withholding. Literally. As one of the primary contributors and editors of our state Wage Withholding Handbooks, she knows all the ins-and-outs of garnishments, tax levies, wage assignments, and child support orders. Sometimes we try to ask her difficult questions, just to stump her. So far, we haven't succeeded.
