Jennifer Minton is all about doing more; it’s the reason she’s now a claims manager for Vigilant. Although she enjoyed her previous job managing claims for Washington L&I, she believed there was more she could do from the employer side of the process. Having established her own business and then taking over and helping to grow a second business with her husband, she had a unique perspective as both employer and employee. Jennifer wanted to help employers better understand the workers’ comp process and the beneficial programs available to them.
She not only manages claims for Vigilant’s Workers’ Comp Retro Group members, she also helps educate about claims, light duty job offers and KOS vs time loss, and more. She strives to build and maintain good relationships with employers, claims managers at L&I, injured workers and providers to reach the common goal of helping workers heal and return to work in a timely manner.
The Tenino, Washington native spends any free time with her husband and two young children, enjoying camping, reading, hiking and country music concerts.Back to Staff
