EXPERIENCE
Erin Kugan knows from experience the Washington State Workers’ Compensation system leans in favor of workers. Her goal is to resolve a claim as quickly as possible, advocating for employers to keep claim costs down while ensuring an injured worker gets exactly what they are entitled to. She also helps employers to understand how claims affect their experience modification rate (EMR) and premiums.
Erin is always learning and adapting; she has to with the constantly changing workers’ comp laws and rules. She sees every new claim as unique and an opportunity for growth.
Erin honed her hard work ethic in the U.S. Army. She was born in Olympia but her family moved every couple of years. She lived in many States while growing up thanks to her father’s military service. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, camping, hunting and fishing with family.
