EXPERIENCE
Debbie Lester Jones brings all the warm personality and gusto of her native Texas to her job as an office manager at Vigilant. She’s a fixer, able to problem-solve issues with equipment and supplies, assist attorneys, managers and retro staff with special projects and generally keep the office running smooth. Debbie is flexible, organized, tenacious and not afraid to dive into a problem and solve it, even if all she has to work with is partial information.
Before joining Vigilant, Debbie was an outside processing buyer at Terry’s Machine and Manufacturing in Everett, Washington, where she was responsible for researching vendors and instigating cost-saving measures.
Debbie’s proudest accomplishment is her work with autistic children in kindergarten classes. She learned a thing or two from her students, too, like how to prioritize on the spot and the importance of confidentiality.
Debbie enjoys spending time with and cooking for her family, watching basketball with her son (“Go Spurs Go!”) and cross stitching.
