EXPERIENCE
Danielle Webb is a self-proclaimed do-it-yourselfer, and admits to being a bit of a perfectionist. When tackling home renovation projects, it’s all about paying attention to detail, she’ll tell you, first imagining the end result then working backward, to ensure there are no loose ends when the job is complete.
That combination makes for a great work ethic, one Danielle applies daily in her role as claims manager for Vigilant. In addition to evaluating claims and strategizing with L&I for positive outcomes for injured workers, Danielle builds relationships with and advocates for employers. She’s risen quickly in her career; she was at L&I for 8 years where she worked in legal services as a claims consultant, and attributes her success not only to her claims management skills but also her interpersonal ones. She just enjoys making people’s days brighter!
Danielle was born and raised in Olympia, WA, and in her free time enjoys improving her green thumb, hanging out with her family and thinking up new DIY projects.
