Chiara Conley’s role as analyst for Vigilant includes plenty of math, technical analysis, and deciphering the mechanics around our Workers’ Compensation Retro Program, but for her, it’s not all about the numbers. She admires Vigilant’s culture and its concerted emphasis on “others before self”.
That is evident in her work. One of Chiara’s responsibilities is to benchmark Vigilant’s approach to risk management and determine how Retro Group members can benefit from an improved approach to workplace safety. To effectively manage workplace risk and identify solutions, it’s important to understand and recognize the risks an employer has no control over. That’s where Chiara’s skills and experience prove so vital to the strength and foresight of our Retro Group program.
Chiara’s roots are in the Deep South and the Pacific Northwest; she was born in Huntsville, AL, and raised in Beaverton, OR. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and enjoying (as well as preparing) good food.
