Course Description

In today’s market, it seems that everything changes at lightning speed. To keep up with today’s pace, a leader must be prepared to navigate the rough waters of change.

Since change affects others both emotionally and psychologically, a leader must be adequately prepared to address concerns at several levels, in order to get high performance.

This course will provide leaders with an ability to effectively introduce change, help others transition through the stages of change and adequately address resistance, so the organization can sail through an ever-changing environment.

  • List the stages of change and identify which ones you and your employees are in.
  • Navigate through resistance to change.
  • Apply an eight step process for managing change.
  • Identify the steps for effectively leading change and how to apply them in your workplace.
